I'm Xavier, a adventurer working a corporate job that shares his love for yoga and the outdoors.
Yoga keeps me centered in a demanding job by allowing me to be playful, exploring movement and deepening my connection to my body and mind.
I'm a 800h certified yoga teacher specialized in Hatha yoga and inversions.
I am teaching stressed-out professionals how to breathe again.
I've taught workshops across the world and want to share my passion for the outdoors

Your Questions Answered
Q: I've never done yoga before. Will I keep up?
A: Yes. 60% of participants are beginners. We adapt every pose to your body.
Q: What if the weather is bad?
A: The yoga shala is covered from rain, but we hike in rain or shine. Bring good gear. Bad weather = best stories.
Q: How fit do I need to be?
A: If you can walk 3-4 hours with a light pack, you're good.
Q: Is this like a silent meditation retreat?
A: No. There's plenty of time to talk, laugh, and connect.
Q: What if I don't like camping?
A: This isn't luxury glamping, but it's not hardcore survival either.
Comfortable tipis, real beds, hot meals. Just rustic.
Q: Can I bring my phone?
A: Yes, but there's no service. We encourage full digital detox.
